The Accurate Mass Workflow Specialist (AWS) - Europe is responsible for supporting accurate mass MS growth in the region by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities across all markets. The position involves maintaining and developing customer relationships and working in collaboration with the generalist Sales Team and Applications/Support Team to present appropriate solutions and develop sales strategies.

The Accurate Mass Workflow Specialist reports to the AWS Manager and forms part of the European commercial team. This role provides support to both direct customers and indirect customers through channel partners in Central, Eastern and South Eastern Europe.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Drive Accurate Mass Sales in your region by identifying, developing, and closing MS business opportunities.
  • Boost win-rate through collaboration with Sales, Applications/Support, and Service Teams.
  • Stay updated on workflows and market trends to inform local sales strategies.
  • Partner with Application/Support Team to manage demos, including pre-positioning and data review.
  • Collaborate with Market Development Managers to generate leads at regional events.
  • Gather and report Voice of Customer (VOC) and market feedback.
  • Grow and leverage the regional user base as sales references.
  • Work with Market Development Managers to engage current and new regional Thought-Leaders.

The essential requirements of the job include:  

  • Technical life sciences degree several years of LC MS experience; knowledge of relevant markets and HRMS preferred.
  • Results-driven, commercially focused; sales experience a plus.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, strong presentation skills.
  • Effective team player, able to unify departments.
  • Skilled at building internal and external relationships.
  • Willing to travel up to 60%.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 

Hands-on LCMS HRES experience
