POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible for Accounting related work and overall looking after Cepheid Great China. Include but not limited to Account Payable and Payment, Account receivable and credit control, General ledger and reporting, Revenue recognition.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General ledger and reporting
• Account payable and payment processing
• Accounting Receivable and credit management
• Revenue recognition for China Entity
• Sales rebate calculation and tracking
• China VAT invoice issue, Golden tax report processing
• Other ad-hoc work

TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)

• Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time
• For people managers, ensure your associates attend and complete all required trainings satisfactorily and on time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience (in years): 

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 5 years’ working experience in Accounting
• Working experience in dealing with HK entity would be a plus
• CPA would be a plus

Knowledge and skills: 

• Good in English for both oral and written.
• Good excel skill.
• SAP and Onestream experience would be a plus.
