职责目的Position Objectives:
主要职责Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of Channel Partner screening process and work closely with Legal & Commercial team.
Find resources to provide training for Channel Partner.
Identifying and reporting Channel Partners operating issues and providing business management consulting to CPs
Visiting Channel Partner regularly to ensure that company policy and business requirements is clearly communicated with CPs
Be responsible for Distributor Portal’s maintenance、management and training.
Coordinating with Marketing, Operation and Risk Management to ensure highest dealer satisfaction on company products & services whilst still maintain high level of risk management capability on dealership
Building relationships with Channel Partner to support future business growth

Commit to meet individual KPI’s, Team KPI’s.
Provide relative reports timely
Satisfy internal and external customers by good relationship with them
4、任职资格Position Qualification Requirement:
大学本科及以上学历,有销售经验,或渠道管理经验
5年以上工作经验
5 years or above relevant working experience
较好的中文和英文的书面和口头沟通能力
Strong written and oral communication skills both in English and Chinese will be an advantage
正直诚信、严谨负责、踏实敬业、思路清晰;具备良好的沟通协调能力和语言组织交流能力,善于处理棘手问题。
Fairness and HIGH Integrity、high sense of responsibility, preciseness and detail, dedicated, clear thinking, good capability of communication and cooperation, good at handling difficult situations.
