The Commissioning Engineer is responsible for leading the successful installation, start-up, and optimization of Pall Food & Beverage systems at customer sites worldwide, ensuring performance meets specifications and delivering exceptional customer experience through technical expertise and training.

This position reports to the Global Commissioning Leader F&B and is part of Pall F&B Global systems

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Commission, start up, and optimize Pall F&B systems at customer sites across the globe.
  • Ensure installations meet technical specifications and deliver exceptional performance.
  • Train customer teams on system operation and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to guarantee successful handover.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to drive continuous improvement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, brewing science, or a related technical field
  • Multiple years of experience in commissioning within the Food & Beverage industry
  • Proven knowledge of filtration and separation technologies (ideally brewing and protein applications)
  • Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills
  • Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are a strong plus

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 80%.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 32 kg (70lbs)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working in multicultural, international project environments
  • Commissioning in brewing, dairy, or protein processing applications
  • Familiarity with automation platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider Electric
