The Customer Service Officer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for processing customers’ orders, arranging shipment to customers, providing and maintaining a quality Customer Service and the best Company Image and conform to Company's policies and procedures as well as Government's rules and regulations.

This position reports to the CAS Supervisor and is a part of the Customer Administrative Services team, located in Malaysia and works onsite.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage and process internal and external customer orders into Oracle.
• Liaise with different relevent parties for shipment arrangement and maintain good communication with customers.
• Monitor backlog and follow up outstanding goods or matters from the related parties ensuring the completion of order shipment within the contractual time frame.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Education: University Graduate
• Experience: At least 2 years of customer service, order management experience
• Essential skill: Fluent in English, Chinese

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Familiar with using Oracle ERP
