The Cleanroom Operator for Cytiva is responsible for the manufacture and/or treatment of goods produced on printing, slit and cutter machines, extrusion within cleanroom, the automatic BM welding machines, Atom, and on the manual machines being 2D, 3D, iCELLis and this according to the prescribed procedures and instructions in order to achieve the set objectives, in both quality and quantity

The Cleanroom Operator reports to (the Cell Leader Production reporting to) the Shift Supervisor reporting to the Value Stream manager. The position will be on-site in Medemblik.

What you will do:

• Performing automated and manual production work
• Performing quality control on finished goods and on goods coming out of the warehouse
• Packing of the produced goods
• Preparation of the next production orders
• Performing general administrative tasks to support the production apparatus, such as preparing and managing receipts – batch documentation – labels, managing kanban (counting, printing kanban cards) ...

Who you are:

• Knowledge of spoken and/or written Dutch
• Level of knowledge of upper secondary education or equivalent through experience
• Knowledge of the operation of production machines
• Basic knowledge of PC is required
• Daily lifting of weights (up to 20kg)
