The Flow Cytometry Field Applications Specialist is responsible for demonstrating, customer training and customer support for our range of flow cytometry reagents and instruments.  They will work in close contact with the sales and marketing team to promote and support our customer solutions and to help achieve our sales targets. 

This position reports to the Northern & Eastern European Flow Cytometry Applications Manager and is part of the Sales and Marketing Department located in Poland and will be fully remote.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Deliver post-sales instrument training and ongoing application support.
• Provide high quality pre-sales support, including instrument and software demonstrations and customer presentations.
• Contribute to the overall revenue targets for your area.
• Communicate effectively and manage relationships with all stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, across your region.

The essential requirements of the job include

• Educated to a minimum of BSc standard, or equivalent, in a biological or related subject.
• Significant experience working within a Flow Cytometry environment.
• Knowledge in research and/or clinical Haematology and Immunology is desirable.
• Fluent in Polish and English language.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel – the position is remote with 80% travel, overnight stays, within Poland.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Be prepared, on occasion, to travel globally as required.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Training within a diagnostic or life science company would be desirable.
• Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office programmes

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is P2 86,400.00 (24k$) to 168,500.00 (46k$) PLN annually.  This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
