The Fleet Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate fleet data, monitoring KPIs, and supporting operational and strategic projects aligned with cost optimization, compliance, and efficiency across EMEA. This role provides significant impact by delivering actionable insights that improve decision-making, enhance fleet performance, and reduce overall operational costs.

This position reports to the Fleet & Travel Strategic Sourcing Manager, EMEAI, and is part of the Indirect Strategic Sourcing EMEAI team. The role is based in our Prague, Czech Republic office and will be an on-site position.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Maintain accurate fleet records for vehicles, fuel cards, contracts, and driver assignments in Fleet+ across all EMEA countries.

  • Ensure compliance with fleet policies by supporting annual reviews and updates at local and regional levels.

  • Manage fleet invoicing and expense reconciliation in collaboration with Finance and Accounts Payable.

  • Oversee local fleet operations for multiple countries while driving regional standardization and best practices.

  • Provide analytical and administrative support for fleet centralization, sustainability initiatives, and BEV conversion projects across EMEA.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and documentation.

  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with drivers and internal teams.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: i

  • Ability to travel – occasional travel within EMEA (less than 15%), which may include overnight stays as needed.

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • A demonstrable interest in sustainability and operational efficiency.

  • Prior exposure or a basic understanding of fleet administration, logistics, or vehicle management processes.
