The Global Strategic Accounts Representative is responsible for key accounts in semiconductor industry. We are providing leading edge filters and purifiers for key semiconductor customers

Our products are nominated and contributed for the wide-range manufacturing process of Semiconductor. We keep and expand our contribution for the market.

This position is part of the Global Strategic Accounts and will be located in Shinjuku Office.

Microelectronics Division of Pall

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Sales activities for key account customers for keeping and expanding our business globally.

  • New nomination activity for the Growth as one team
  • Collaboration work with a customers for future demands and needs
  • Collaboration work with Pall Marketing, R&D, Laboratories and other region sales teams
  • Problem solving activities for customer demands, challenges and internal Kaizen works

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Multiple years of experience in sales or account management (Semiconductor experience preferred)
  • Long-standing experience of professional experience
  • Available for business travel both domestic and international
  • Driver’s License 

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel – 60%
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

マイクロエレクトロニクス事業部に所属し、国内の主要な大手半導体業界のクライアントを中心にご担当いただきます。

グローバルに展開するポール内のチームは、クライアントの分野別に、半導体製造メーカー、半導体装置メーカー、半導体を製造するための素材を扱うメーカー、等に分かれています。チームでは、日本および海外に開発・製造拠点をもつクライアントに向けて、フィルターの製品・技術の提供、問題解決策を提案しながら、販売管理・営業目標の達成を目指して頂きます。

■具体的な業務内容

ポールの最先端テクノロジーを用いたフィルターの製品・技術の提供、問題解決策を提案しながら、販売管理、営業目標の達成、および社内へフィードバックを行います。また、新たな製品へつなげるためのマーケティング部門、開発部門との共同活動等を行います。

  • 営業目標を達成するために、担当クライアントへの戦略計画をたて、グローバルチームのリソースも活用して顧客満足度を高めながら管理・実行する。
  • 日本および海外に開発・製造拠点をもつ担当クライアントの製造部門や開発部門へ向けて、フィルターの製品・技術の提供、問題解決策を提案しながら、関係性を向上させる。
  • 担当クライアントの購買部門とデリバリーや販売管理の業務を行う。
  • マーケティング部門や開発部門、サポート部門や製造部門等と連携し、クライアントの期待や要望に応えるための新製品の販売を促進する。

■求めるスキル・知識・ご経験

  • 大学卒業以上
  • 営業、もしくはキーアカウントマネージメント 3年以上経験(半導体業界経験者歓迎)
  • 日本語ネイティブレベル (英語できる方歓迎)
  • 出張(国内・海外)に対応可能な方
  • 車の運転が出来る方

グローバルチーム以外にも各国の顧客を担当するリージョンチームもあります。マイクロエレクトロニクス事業部では半導体業界以外の業界も担当しており、電子材料業界、ディスプレイ業界、グラフィックアーツ業界、水処理業界等、多岐にわたります。
