We are currently seeking an IT Client Services Lead for Bangalore Office who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all IT-related activities at our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Leader Site Support to join our Infrastructure and Operations department. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all IT-related activities at our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT issues and ensure timely resolution. Schedule Management - Understanding of how to create, manage and understand impacts to project scope, constraints, and schedule
• Provide business support, including troubleshooting issues and providing appropriate support to the business stakeholders.
• Manage and support all on-site IT equipment including laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on Windows systems and other IT infrastructure. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Document and report IT incidents and resolutions. Respond to and, where appropriate, escalate and drive reported incidents & major incidents

The required qualifications for the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Multiple years in technical support and IT infrastructure management within corporate environments.
• Proven experience leading on-site IT operations and coordinating with global teams.
• Strong understanding of network technologies (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), servers, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems.Familiarity with Windows environments, mobile devices, and incident management tools.
• Professional-level proficiency in English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience presenting, leading vendor meetings, and managing local teams.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• French or Spanish language would be a plus.
• Additional training in IT service management or infrastructure is a plus.
• Experience in Diagnostics corporations/pharma companies.

Working Conditions

This position is based in our Bangalore Cepheid office and requires 100% on-site presence. The candidate must be available to address IT issues during regular business hours and occasionally outside of normal hours as needed.
