We are looking for a Junior Design Association to support the growth of what is both one of the newest and most established brands in our industry. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling and eager to build their design skills across digital and print media. You’ll work closely with experienced designers and internal clients to learn how brand strategy translates into creative execution.

This position reports to the Creative Director, is part of the Global Brand and Marketing Communications team, and will be an on-site role located in Krakow, Poland or Bangalore, India. 

What you will do:

• Assist in creating basic visual assets that follow brand guidelines.
• Support senior designers in preparing files for digital and print production.
• Help update existing templates and presentations with new content.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions and provide input on design concepts.
• Organize and maintain design files and asset libraries.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic design or an equivalent discipline

• Up to 1 year of internship or freelance experience in a design-related role.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working with large multinational brands.
