The Junior Finance Administrator (f/m/d) for Radiometer you are responsible establish and maintain the general accounting reporting and practices for the organization, compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare and/or review necessary journal entries for properly stated ledgers and financial statements in accordance with regulations and company policy.

This position reports to the Finance Manager Procure-to-Pay and is part of the Accounting Team located in Stargard. It is an on-site role and limited to a fixed term of 18 months.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Providing data for month-end closing in compliance with deadlines – critical for financial accuracy and timeliness.
• Actively participate in the preparation of data for internal and external audits and financial reports – ensures compliance and transparency.
• Analyzing settlements and reconciliation of balances – key for maintaining accurate financial records.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Education in Economics, Finance or Accounting, Middle School in finance field is acceptable;
• Fluent Polish and upper intermediate English;
• Good knowledge of MS Office in particular of Excel.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Finance ERP systems (e.g., Axapta, Rillion, Readsoft)
