As the Labeling Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and defining a new labeling team of up to 8 employees in Bangalore. You will be driving the labeling creation in Radiometer within labels,  coordinating of labeling and software translation with external vendor, and be responsible for labeling system support and standard work. Further you will as labeling Team Manager secure a strong relation to Global Labeling team in Denmark and Poland. In Denmark to technical writers, and with a solid line between hosted translation coordinators in Bangalore and Team Manager in Denmark. In Poland to the team responsible for labeling assessment, coordination and implementation,  according to  Radiometer internal documentation procedures.

This position reports to the Director for R&D Global Labeling in Denmark. The team in Bangalore will be part of Radiometer Global Labeling Team. The role will be on-site role.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Set direction for labeling handling and processes in Bangalore Labeling team and with Global impact
• Ensure compliance with global requirements for labeling (IVDR/MDR/UDI/FDA/CFDA etc.)
• Ensure effective execution of label changes and label creation
• Support timely handling and coordination of labeling translation
• Handling  of labeling system development
• Deploy clear prioritization and structured in-take of new labeling tasks
• Drive continuous process optimization and ensure standard work, align with global labeling team.

The essential requirements of the job include

• Candidate degree in science or similar, Minimum 5 years’ experience working with labelling/RA/QA in a regulated industry
• Minimum 3 years of Managerial experience from leading international / global teams
• Proven success within project management / program management capabilities
• Experience with LAMS (labeling Artwork management System)
• Experience with translation coordination, Experience with operations or process improvements
• High-level of proficiency in English, writing and speech.
• MS Office tools experience

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Ability to travel – expected 20 days travel/year to Europe

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Axapta/ERP systems

Working in Supply Chain, Production or R&D
