As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality products to the market, we are seeking a Systems Usability and Verification & Validation Manager to take on a pivotal role—combining technical expertise with leadership responsibilities.
In this role, you will drive the delivery of innovative solutions that uphold the highest standards of usability and product quality through rigorous verification and validation, applying a holistic systems-thinking approach. We highly value experience in the Medical Device industry or other regulated environments, as well as expertise in Systems Engineering. Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and exceptional communicators.
As R&D Systems Usability and Verification & Validation Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of usability, safety, and compliance. From concept to launch, you will oversee user experience, usability engineering, and V&V activities across integrated systems and solutions.
You will be reporting to the Director and be part of the Product Systems management team located in Brønshøj and this is an on-site role. We operate in a matrix organization with close collaboration across Project Management, Design Control, and functional teams in Mechanics, Electronics, and Software.
