Join Cytiva’s Marketing Analytics team and help shape how we measure marketing impact. As a Marketing Data Scientist, you will design, build, and maintain econometric and statistical models—such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution, and causal inference—to quantify return on marketing investment (ROMI). Working closely with campaign, market, and customer analytics teams, and partnering with data governance, you will ensure model quality, transparency, and actionable insights that drive smarter marketing decisions.

This role is ideal for a data scientist ready to take ownership of modeling execution within a collaborative analytics ecosystem that values operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop, test, and maintain MMM, attribution, and causal inference models linking marketing investments to business outcomes.

  • Calculate and interpret ROMI across channels, customer segments, and markets, translating findings into recommendations for marketing leadership.

  • Collaborate with campaign, market, and customer analytics teams to integrate performance, behavioral, and macro-economic data.

  • Partner with the data governance function to maintain data integrity, lineage, and documentation standards for modeling pipelines.

  • Document methodologies, assumptions, and refresh processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

  • Communicate model outcomes and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in building or maintaining MMM, attribution, or causal inference models end-to-end.

  • Proficient in Python or R (statistical libraries, regression, and time-series modeling) and SQL; comfortable working in cloud environments such as Snowflake or Databricks.

  • Analytical and curious, with strong business acumen and a talent for translating data into actionable insights.

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in statistics, econometrics, mathematics, data science, or a related quantitative field.

It Would Be a Plus If You Have:

  • Experience visualizing model results in Qlik Sense, Power BI, or similar BI tools.

  • Experience of adstock modeling, lag/decay effects, and experiment design.

  • Experience with full-funnel marketing measurement frameworks and experience building or interpreting campaign engagement and effectiveness metrics.

  • Experience in a global B2B or matrixed organization and exposure to continuous-improvement methods such as Kaizen or Lean Six Sigma.

Join our winning team today. Together, we’ll accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow’s science and technology. We partner with customers across the globe to help them solve their most complex challenges, architecting solutions that bring the power of science to life.
