主な業務内容

  • 国内顧客への訪問営業(製品提案、ニーズ把握、ソリューション提案)
  • 顧客との直接コミュニケーションによる新規ビジネス機会の発掘
  • 需要データに基づく販売実績分析と課題解決策の提案
  • セールスフォースを活用したファネル管理
  • 日本市場における新製品の認知向上と市場開拓

  • 大学卒以上
  • B2Bビジネス経験3~5年以上
  • 理系分野・食品化学関連の学部を卒業、または食品業界での経験
  • コミュニケーション能力、問題解決力、学習意欲

The F&B Japan Outside Sales is responsible for managing and growing order and sales in your customers. You will visit domestic food and beverage manufacturers as well as distributors to propose and promote our products. Through direct communication with customers, you will identify new business opportunities, develop sales plans, and provide solution-oriented proposals. Additionally, you will handle quotations and inquiries to understand customer needs and leverage your product knowledge to drive sales activities.

This position reports to the F&B Sales Manager Japan and is part of the F&B Japan located in Tokyo Japan and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Conducted on-site sales visits to domestic customers, including product proposals, needs assessment, and solution recommendations

  • Identified new business opportunities through direct communication with customers

  • Analyzed sales performance based on demand data and proposed solutions to address identified challenges

  • Conducted the funnel management by Salesforce

  • Lead the market visibility and new product in local Japan

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B business experience (B2B)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science-related field or food chemistry OR Work experience in the food industry

  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn

  • Japanese language skills at fluent level or higher

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel – 60%

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Basic communication skill in English

  • Valid driver’s license

  • filtration company
