This position reports to the Manager Manufacturing System and is part of the IT – Digital Product Development located in Pune - India and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for PPDS solutions, conduct fit-gap analyses, and identify custom development needs.
• Solution Design & Configuration: Design, configure, and build SAP PPDS solutions (heuristics, planning boards, CIF, etc.) for complex planning scenarios (Make-to-Order, etc.).
• Project Lifecycle: Participate in all phases: vision/scope, planning, design, build, test (unit, regression, UAT), deployment, and hyper-care.
• Functional Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for PPDS, explaining MRP/PPDS outputs and optimizing resource schedules.
• Documentation: Create functional specifications, configuration rationale, and technical requirements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree.
• 2+ years of relevant PPDS experience with strong knowledge in entire Supply chain.
• Deep expertise in SAP PPDS (S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and planning processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori.
• Data analysis skills.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Willing and able to travel up to 20% including international.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Knowledge on SAP QM will be added advantage
• Knowledge on SAP PP will be added advantage
