Job Description

职责目的Position Objectives

Energy+ EP Team是PALL Energy+业务单元一个重要的细分团队,潜在年度销售额超过$20M。Team成立以后,Energy+ EP Team的业务范围将扩展到电力、市政、石化(煤化工)、冶金(钢厂、造纸、印染)、废水零排放、机械加工厂切削液回收等,近年随着新能源行业的崛起,团队在电池正负极材料及浆料过滤领域取得了一定的成绩,为保持在这个新兴领域后续稳健的增长,亟需新的成员加入,以拿到更多新能源市场的份额,从而为Energy+ BU和全公司业务增长做出贡献。

主要职责Key Responsibilities

  • 主要负责Energy+ EP 在新能源行业华南、西南及附近地区新能源相关业务推广,包括电池正极材料,磷酸铁锂回收、电解液过滤、电芯过滤、浆料过滤和回收等。执行公司销售战略,根据本区域实际市场情况制定相应销售策略并实施。通过高密度的商务拜访沟通、技术交流、提供解决方案等方法维持客户关系,确保产品市场份额持续上升。

  • 细化市场,持续开发新客户,培育新的增长点,实现销售业绩明显增长。

  • 新产品、新应用的大力推广。

  • 对经销商进行有效的辅导和管理,并努力拓宽产品销售渠道。

3工作标准/绩效目标Performance Standard/Goals:

  • $800k。

  • Energy+ EP新能源行业华南(西南)部分区域的销售额年度增长率不低于10%。

  • 15%

  • funnel管理、standard work等。

任职资格Position Qualification Requirement

专业背景和资历素质Education & Professional Background

工科学士及以上,应用化学或能源工程专业尤佳。

相关工作经验Relevant Experience

5年左右相关新能源行业浆料过滤等从业经验,其中至少3年以上销售经历,有技术背景尤佳。

熟悉电池正极材料,磷酸铁锂回收、电解液过滤、电芯过滤、浆料过滤和回收以及相关过滤业务或同类型、以及上下游产品,有此类工程项目销售背景尤佳。

语言技能Language Skills

良好的英语听说读写能力。条件优秀者可放宽此项要求。

其它要求Other Requirements

适应高频次的出差,吃苦耐劳,行事自律且坚韧。

具有开放的心态,有持续学习、自我提升的动力。

  • Familiarity with battery materials, LFP recycling, electrolyte/slurry filtration (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Promote Energy+ EP business in new energy sector (South/Southwest China)
  • Execute sales strategies, high-density visits, technical exchanges, solutions
  • Develop new customers and growth points
  • Promote new products/applications
  • Manage and coach dealers to expand channels
