What you’ll do:

• Drive sustained operational improvements and Kaizen results that impact Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through facilitation of DBS activities and mentorship of associates and Kaizen teams. 
• Support the site DBSL with driving results across the dimensions of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost by leveraging a solid understanding of the DBS Fundamentals combined with Lean tools from 4 different areas: Reliability, Operations, Supply Chain, and Materials. 
• Facilitate Kaizens as defined in a prioritized Kaizen Funnel and support the development of Certified Practitioners to close KPI gaps with appropriate Visual & Daily Management. Improve DBS training and facilitation by pursuing certification in DBS tools for yourself and others. 
• Drive PSP’s, Action plans and lead kaizen events at a value stream level.
• Act as deputy when the DBSL is not on site

Who you are:

• Essential Previous Experience: Hands-on experience implementing improvements in a continuous improvement environment (DBS, Lean Six Sigma, TPS, etc.), line management or consulting role.
• Hands on experience within a large manufacturing organisation within a similar role.
• Knowledge of key DBS (operational excellence)  Lean Tools: Operations, Supply Chain, and  System/Kanban or industry equivalents 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working in a matrix organisation
