The Senior Engineer, IdM. & Cloud Hosting is responsible for maintaining identity management platform along with Hyper-V and AWS based hosting solutions.

This position reports to the Sr Manager, Hosting and is part of the ERP oOs & Hosting department withing Pall IT, located in Pune, India  and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design and maintain enterprise-wide IAM systems for secure access and user lifecycle management
• Automate IAM processes using PowerShell, Visual Basic, and C# for operational efficiency
• Implement and manage authentication protocols including LDAP, OAuth, SAML, and Kerberos
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to enforce IAM policies, support audits, and manage projects
•   Administer Active Directory and Hyper-V servers, ensuring performance, security, and reliability

The essential requirements of the job include:

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and 10+ years managing Active Directory and on premise physical and virtual Hyper-V servers.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Visual Basic, SQL and C#
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis, knowledge of data privacy regulations, industry compliance standards, and risk mitigation strategies
• Strong knowledge of LDAP, OAuth, SAML, and Kerberos
• Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining IAM systems. Experience with identity governance tools such as SailPoint or Saviynt

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Ability to travel – upto 10% Global
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Familiarity with cloud identity platforms like Azure AD or Okta
• Understanding compliance frameworks like NIST 800-53, SOX, GCC etc.
