The Senior Finance Manager, Commercial, is responsible for partnering closely with Cytiva Bioprocess China commercial and modality teams to execute business strategies that drive consistent and profitable growth. This role will report to Director, Commercial Finance - Bioprocess China.

This position is part of the Cytiva China Finance team, located in Shanghai, China

What you will do:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and periodic performance reviews with variance analysis and actionable insights

• Drive profitable growth in the region by providing analysis of results and identifying & tracking key metrics while advising on the risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions.

• Support commercial organization for customer negotiations, e.g. CCAP review, deal change and rebate by providing financial insights

• Utilize AI tools to work closely with cross functions to assess specific market needs, product pricing, market share vs competitors, and deliver value-adding commercial analyses to optimize customer strategies, investment decisions, and resource allocation for localization projects.
• Provide financial oversight for the Beijing PBB plant, delivering insights to drive cost reduction, enhance efficiency, and optimize operational performance.
• Leverage AI and big data tools to drive digital transformation in finance

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Proficient in China GAAP; US GAAP desirable; CPA/AICPA/professional qualification preferred University degree in finance or accounting

• Around 8-15 years’ experience in accounting, finance position, and worked in an international business

• Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Mandarin for both written and verbal

• Strong ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner

• Demonstrated ability to liaise with business leaders and colleagues at all levels in cross-functional environment

• Experiences in related business preferred

• Committed person, and accountable for the deliverables

• Be positive and be passionate

• Eager to learn new things and willing to take challenges
