The Senior Manager, Global ERP, Test & Validation is responsible for the development and maintenance of our ERP solution landscape currently based on Axapta 2.5 and AX 2009 along with several supporting systems and integrations.

We are on a very exiting journey to standardize our existing ERP processes and platforms, implementing Dynamics 365FO. To succeed on that journey, your role as Senior Manager, ERP is critical. Setting the best team for the continuous improvements of D365FO with a global team across business units, production sites and sales subsidiaries, will be a key responsibility, while also ensuring our new way of working is supported by use of standard D365FO.   

This position reports to the Director, Global Business Systems and is part of the Global Business Systems department located in Brønshøj, Denmark and will be an on-site role.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Have the full ownership of our ERP platforms and application landscape
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of highly skilled ERP professionals to ensure a sustainable setup for the continuous improvements of our ERP platforms and landscape
• Be responsible for keeping the ERP landscape in compliance according to our IT strategy, IT security, regulatory requirements, SOX, and lead all audit related efforts
• Oversee the full lifecycle of our ERP platforms and applications - from development and operation to continuous improvement and retirement
• Be accountable of core processes maintaining the ERP platform: Application Change Management including design, configuration, development, test, validation and release
• Ensure effective portfolio and project management across ERP-related initiatives - from prioritization and planning to execution and delivery - securing alignment with business needs, governance processes, and resource capacity
• Support our strategic transformation initiatives such as our current D365FO implementation with solid Dynamics application management expertise and contribute actively to the broader digitalization agenda within Radiometer

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Engineering/Computer Science) or related work experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management and people leader role within information technology
• Experience as a people manager, who can motivate and lead technical professionals and build a strong, diverse global team
• Experience in managing ERP solutions from requirement to deployment
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365FO
• Knowledge of development technologies and environments as well as staying up-to date with the latest technologies used within the Microsoft Dynamics application landscape.
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365FO within the medical manufacturing industry
• Experience managing validated systems according to FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 as well as adhering to the Sarbanes–Oxley Act
• Experience with resource and portfolio management
