The Service Sales Specialist is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

What you will do:

• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate service solutions include service contacts, preventive maintenance programs, spare parts and repair services.
• Develop and maintain strong consultative sales relationships with all key-buying influences in each account.
• Engage in various sales activities, including prospecting, forecasting, generating proposals, preparing sales quotations and negotiating contracts.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through in-depth understanding of the customer's organization, increased dedication to their account, timely communication, and thorough follow-up.
• Coordinate between customers, service engineers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Who you are:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, with proficiency in English.

• No prior experience in service sales required; Minimum 2 years experience in Sales is advantage, preferably within a service organization or provider.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

• Excellent organizational skills

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel – list specifics 50% travel, overnight, within territory or locations

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales is advantage, preferably within a service organization or provider.

• Basic understanding of biotech or life sciences is a plus, but training will be provided.
