The Supplier Quality Assurance/Control for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Maintenance and improvement of our supplier quality.

This position is part of the Beckman Coulter Mishima K.K., Global Business Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs located in Mishima and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Supplier Quality Group and report to the Supervisor of the Supplier Quality Group responsible for Maintenance and improvement of our supplier quality. 【ポジションの概要】

Supplier Quality Assurance/Control（サプライヤ品質保証/管理）として、ベックマン・コールター・三島のサプライヤ品質グループに所属し、サプライヤの品質管理・改善により、部品品質を向上させる役割を担います。

※品質関連業務の未経験者可／エンジニアからのキャリアチェンジ歓迎

グローバルに展開するベックマン・コールターで、信頼性の高い品質マネジメントを身につけるチャンスです。

責任範囲が多岐に渡りますので、そこから得られる知識や経験により、自身の成長が見込めます。品質部門という重要な役割の為プレッシャーもありますが、やりがい、達成感を多く得られます。

【ご担当いただく職務】

• 品質トレンドやデータの分析、品質改善のアクション策定、および実行
• 不良発生時の社内対応、不良処理（システムへの登録）、サプライヤへの連絡、原因調査、および対策の実施
• 新規サプライヤ採用時、サプライヤ変更時の品質評価実施（現場監査、工程チェック等の実施）　※国内外の出張あり
• サプライヤ内の5M変更管理の評価リード（内容把握、社内評価チーム結成、打ち合わせ開催、評価レポート作成等）　

【求めるスキル・経験・知識】

• 設計要求仕様の図面を読める方（形状、寸法、許容差、材料、表面処理等の規定を理解できる程度）
• 基本的な測定知識をお持ちの方（ノギス、マイクロメータ等の計測器を使用し、不良箇所を認知できる程度）
• 基本的な工業/製造知識をお持ちの方（板金、切削、成形等の加工/製造方法の知識）
• PCスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPointによる文書作成、データ集計/分析、Outlookによるメール作成、MS-Teamsでのオンライン会議、など）

【語学力】

• 英語：読み書きと簡単なリスニング力。メールや会議の内容をおおよそ理解でき、英語にアレルギーがない程度のスキルで可。海外のサプライヤやベックマン・コールターの海外拠点とのコミュニケーションに使用。
• 日本語：流暢レベル以上の読み書き、スピーキング力。社内文書や規定、サプライヤとのコミュニケーションに必要。

• ISO監査員資格
• QC検定
