We will continue to grow our HR organization within Danaher across our Life Sciences and Diagnostics business in 2025. Even if we have no current vacancies in this area, we are interested in your profile. We look for HR professionals with experience as HR Business Partner and HR Generalist/Operations Specialist and passion to support people leaders and employees.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • University's degree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management

  • Minimum 3 years of experience if you are a HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBP possibly in a matrix environment

  • Sounded knowledge on German Labor and Social Law

  • Experience in working with Work Council

  • Fluent German, fluent English
