The Technical coordinator is responsible for as the main interface between internal functions and client financial & technical teams across KSA oil & gas and petrochemical sites , primarily Aramco and SABIC .  The role is focused on expediting and securing pending payments, supporting the execution of service projects  and generating additional business opportunities (Leads) while on site.

This position reports to the KSA Field service manager and is part of the services located in Saudi Arabia and will be an on-site role.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Payment Expediting & Collection (60%) : Track, follow up, and expedite pending payments from clients, mainly Aramco and SABIC . Understand Client’s payments processes, approvals & standard work. Report back to internal stakeholders. Liaise with Customer Service, Projects & Service teams to ensure accurate invoicing and documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with client finance and procurement departments .

Facilitate communication between Pall & client’s finance & procurement representatives, including organizing meetings, escalations & follow-ups

  • Technical Coordination (20%) : Support Services project execution by coordinating activities between site proponent, 3rd party contractors & Pall’s personnel. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that may arise during commissioning, start-up & operation of Pall’s equipment at site. Ensure compliance with client and industry safety standards.

  • Site Engagement (20%): Represent the company professionally and maintain high standards of client engagement. Travel to Aramco and SABIC  sites 3–4 days per week.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Diploma’s holder in a technical discipline. Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical is preferred with minimum of 2+ years of experience in a technical or sales support role
  • Saudi National - English proficiency a must
  • Experience in payment follow-up and expediting with large industrial clients and familiarity with Aramco and SABIC site operations, protocols, and stakeholders

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

  • Ability to travel – list specifics 70 % travel, overnight, within territory or locations
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 40 lb, any other physical requirements
