This Technician III position is part of the Commercial and Regulated Products value stream located in Coralville, IA and will be onsite. At IDT, we are one global team. We celebrate our differences, engage in healthy debate, and are inclusive. Together, we accomplish great things.

Shift:  Monday-Thursday 7:00am to 6:00pm

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products including operating instruments in the lab.
• Troubleshoot issues/defects by identifying and escalating opportunities for improvement. Assist in writing corrective action and deviation reports.
• Assist and collaborate with Process Specialist/Owners on improvement projects and support training of new technicians.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 12 months IDT lab experience and proficient in two production functions.
• Understanding of the full value stream.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• An associate degree or above.
• Using continuous improvement tools.
• Extensive computer skills which include knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
