Data Analysis Engineer

Ensure the efficient collection, processing, analysis, and visualization of data to support business decision-making and optimize processes. Guarantee data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems and reports.

Essential Job Functions              

1. Collect, clean, and process data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and quality.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
3. Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and support decision-making.
4. Create predictive models using machine learning techniques to forecast trends and improve processes.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
6. Design and maintain data pipelines, automating data collection and processing.
7. Conduct data validation and troubleshooting to resolve data-related issues.
8. Document data processes, procedures, and guidelines for consistency.

Summary of Requirements (Qualifications, Experience, Skills)           

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques, including regression, classification,

clustering, and time series analysis.

• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
