• Supporting reporting and analytics projects for Health Systems, Specialty Provider Team, Retail Independent, and MSOs.
• Building wireframes, mock-ups, and ad-hoc visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Collaborating with Commercial and Finance organizations to align data strategies.
• Working on complex projects of large scope with significant long-term impact.
• Recommending new practices, processes, metrics, or models to enhance efficiency.
• Independently determining methods for project completion while receiving guidance on objectives.
• Acting as a mentor to less experienced colleagues, fostering team development.

Expect to execute work timely under pressure, maintaining high communication levels with peers, leadership, and partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, with high proficiency in Tableau and SQL (BigQuery preferred).
• Proven ability to build wireframes, mock-ups, and ad-hoc visualizations.
• Experience collaborating with Commercial and Finance teams.
• Basic understanding of SAP Sales & Distribution data landscape.
