• Manage major cross-functional initiatives and the full lifecycle of analytics projects, including data sourcing, migration, quality assurance, design, implementation, and ongoing data product maintenance within a single domain.
• Drive partner engagement and change management, securing buy-in from stakeholders, guiding teams from scoping to deployment, and serving as a trusted data consultant to internal customers.
• Translate business questions into robust data-driven solutions, fostering informed decision-making and implementing process or information management improvements as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and analytics.

• Expertise in modern data platforms such as Snowflake, DBT, and Dagster.
• Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring data engineers through code reviews, 1:1 coaching, and career development.
• Proficiency in team operations, including weekly meetings, sprint planning, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Thrives in collaborative environments, partnering across teams to deliver accurate, actionable reports with business impact.
