As a Data & Analytics Project Manager, you will be at the core of our Sales Data operation. You will oversee end-to-end responsibility for your designated service, becoming the vital link between our business stakeholders and the technological world. Through your dynamic leadership, you'll coordinate a team of developers, ensuring the creation of innovative data models and online dashboards that empower our business decision-making.

Your mission will be…  

• Assuming ownership and accountability for your assigned service within the Siemens Sales Data environment
• Orchestrating a team of developers, fueling the creation and maintenance of data models, data products and interactive dashboards
• Serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, translating technical language into accessible business insights
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
• Steering the team towards agile work methodologies and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement

We are looking for...

• A degree in Management, Economics, Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience in IT product or service management
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible business language
• Experience in leading employees, ideally within a global context
• Hands-on experience with creating data models and interactive dashboards
• A deep understanding of the value of data and analytics in business decision making
• An agile mindset and experience with agile methodologies
• Experience navigating and interpreting Power BI dashboards, with an understanding of how data is visualized for business users
• Familiarity with Snowflake as a user/analyst, including the ability to query data and understand data structures
• Fluency in English written and spoken is mandatory
