Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining tracking tools to assess adherence to regulations, policies, and internal controls across organizational levels. You will leverage data and analytics to spot emerging healthcare compliance risks, consolidating risk assessment data into a robust repository for proactive monitoring. Day-to-day, you'll collaborate with Legal, Regulatory experts, and business partners to translate raw data into compliance strategies, optimizing workflows and mitigating risks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Cardinal Health seeks candidates with a BA/BS in business intelligence, statistics, data analytics, or a related discipline. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, or advanced Excel is required, alongside experience applying statistical methods to uncover trends, risks, and insights. Ideally, bring 3-5 years in healthcare compliance or data analysis roles.
