• Recopilar, depurar y analizar datos de diversas fuentes para generar reportes comerciales y operativos.
• Elaborar dashboards e indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) para monitorear resultados de ventas.
• Brindar soporte al equipo comercial en requerimientos de información, cotizaciones y seguimiento de clientes.
• Mantener actualizadas bases de datos de clientes, productos, ventas y oportunidades.
• Preparar informes periódicos en Excel, PowerPoint y Word para presentaciones internas.
• Detectar tendencias y oportunidades de mejora en el comportamiento de ventas.
• Dar seguimiento a solicitudes de clientes y coordinar con áreas involucradas.
• Apoyar en la automatización de procesos con herramientas de Office.

• Knowledge of SAP is desirable but not required.
