• Accountable for Supply Chain Data Quality KPIs in ESSA, targeting 95-98% performance. Monitor results using Dataload Diagnostic, Global Data Quality tool, and facilitate Product Hierarchy Harmonization via LRDM.
• Oversee Prolink data quality from JDA (Data Error Handling Tool) and source systems, following up with Market Units (MUs) on gap mitigations.
• Serve as key user for the GDQ tool, maintaining exception lists based on market-supplied data.
• Enhance DQ solutions by developing new Data Quality checks and leading/supporting JDA data defect fixes.
• Resolve LDRM errors, create Teradata upload files, manage data tracking, and configure locations/mappings in JDA and Teradata.
• Update and maintain key documentation on data processes, while providing day-to-day support and training to the Key Users community.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology.
• At least 2 years of experience in data quality/master data management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in business operations.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, MS Access, SQL scripts, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes is essential; familiarity with tools like Knime, Alteryx, UI Path, Teradata, Oracle, or SAP is a plus.
• Strong personal attributes: resilient, analytical, systems-oriented, results-driven, proactive, and an exceptional team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate across geographies and expertise levels.

Technical Edge
