Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll bring proven expertise and leadership in AI. Essential qualifications include:

• Advanced degree (PhD or Masters preferred) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of applied machine learning or research experience, with demonstrated leadership in production-grade models.
• Deep expertise in LLM training and deployment at scale, including Python, deep learning frameworks, and cloud technologies.
• Expert-level understanding of GPU technologies and optimization techniques.
• Strong technical leadership, including mentoring and influencing senior stakeholders, with outstanding communication skills.
• Track record of solving complex technical challenges at scale.

Bonus points for patents in AI, publications in top journals/conferences, cybersecurity ML experience, research-to-production success, or open-source ML contributions.
