Engagement Specialist - IKC - Dallas / Fort Worth

At DaVita IKC, engagement is everything. As an Engagement Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for patients—onboarding, scheduling, and keeping them connected through high-volume, relationship-focused outreach.

This role combines Care Coordinator and Engagement Specialist duties, perfect for organized, motivated individuals skilled at building trust while helping patients navigate their healthcare journey.

Location requires travel within Dallas/Fort Worth market to DaVita clinics and nephrology practices using your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement.

Full-time position offers Monday–Friday schedule with flexible daily start times between 7:00–8:00 AM and no nights or weekends required.

You'll serve as patients' primary connection point, managing onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing relationship-focused outreach to ensure continuity of care.

The role demands strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle high-volume patient interactions while maintaining personalized service.
