DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic.
As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
You will deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care while monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment.
Key duties include setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment and recording vital signs and patient data.
Educate patients on treatment plans and kidney health, collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
This role requires a high school diploma or GED and comfort around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
Be physically able to work long shifts on your feet and willing to float between local clinics if needed.
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
