DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic.
As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
You will deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care while monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment.
Key tasks include setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment and accurately recording vital signs and patient data.
Educate patients on their treatment plans and kidney health to empower them in their care journey.
Collaborate effectively with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
Work in a dynamic clinic environment at 430 Southridge Parkway, Culpeper, Virginia.
Flexible schedule required including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays with willingness to float locally.
No prior dialysis experience needed – comprehensive training provided.
