DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician PCT to support patients with end-stage renal disease in outpatient dialysis clinic.
As PCT you’ll provide direct hands-on care under RN supervision helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Deliver safe hygienic compassionate dialysis care monitoring patients before during and after each treatment session.
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment while accurately recording vital signs and comprehensive patient data.
Educate patients on treatment plans kidney health management collaborating with nurses dietitians and social workers.
High school diploma or GED required comfortable working around blood needles and medical equipment essential.
Physically able to work long shifts on feet willing to float between local clinics with flexible scheduling.
Preferred qualifications include CNA MA certifications enhancing effectiveness in patient-centered care delivery.
