As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
You will deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate care while monitoring patients throughout their treatment.
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Record vital signs and patient data accurately for treatment tracking.
Educate patients on their treatment plans and kidney health maintenance.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team including nurses, dietitians, and social workers.

Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
- Assist with patient admission and discharge processes
- Perform basic laboratory procedures
- Maintain clean and sterile treatment areas
- Report patient concerns to RN supervisor
