- Ability to provide direct patient care under RN supervision (experience)
- Commitment to safe, hygienic, and compassionate care (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare or dialysis (experience)
- CNA or PCT certification (experience)
- Bilingual skills (experience)
- Knowledge of kidney disease (experience)
- Experience with medical equipment (experience)
- Strong teamwork experience in clinical settings (experience)
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care to patients
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Set up dialysis machines and equipment for treatments
- Maintain and troubleshoot dialysis equipment as needed
- Record vital signs including blood pressure and weight
- Document patient data accurately in medical records
- Educate patients on dialysis treatment procedures
- Provide education on kidney health and disease management
- Collaborate with RNs, dietitians, and social workers
- Assist in creating positive patient experiences during treatment
