DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic.
As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care to ensure patient comfort and safety.
Monitor patients closely before, during, and after treatment to track their progress and response.
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment to guarantee reliable and efficient operation.
Accurately record vital signs and patient data for effective treatment planning.
Educate patients on their dialysis treatment and kidney health management strategies.
Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and team members for holistic care.
Must be comfortable with blood, needles, medical equipment and able to stand for long shifts.
