DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician to serve patients at our East River Dialysis Center in Fridley MN.
We will provide comprehensive paid training to develop essential dialysis skills through classroom and hands-on sessions.
PCTs typically work 10-12 hour shifts over 3-4 days weekly including every other Saturday with clinics closed Sundays.
Shifts range from early mornings starting at 3:30am to evenings ending at 8pm requiring availability to open and close.
This role involves floating between Fridley and Coon Rapids clinics with additional float compensation provided.
Expect 32-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule accommodating mornings evenings weekends and holidays.
Deliver compassionate direct care under RN supervision helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatments.
Monitor patient conditions record vital signs and maintain equipment for safe hygienic care delivery.
