DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician PCT to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic.
As a PCT you’ll provide direct hands-on care under RN supervision helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Responsibilities include delivering safe hygienic compassionate care and monitoring patients throughout their treatment.
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment while recording vital signs and comprehensive patient data accurately.
Educate patients on kidney health treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary care team members.
Requirements include high school diploma or GED comfort with medical procedures and physical stamina.
Flexible schedule required including mornings evenings weekends and holidays with willingness to float locally.
Preferred qualifications include CNA MA CHT or phlebotomy certifications for enhanced patient care delivery.
