DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic.
As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care prioritizing patient well-being.
Monitor patients continuously before, during, and after treatment processes.
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment following all safety guidelines.
Record vital signs and patient data with precision and accuracy.
Educate patients on treatment adherence and kidney health strategies.
Collaborate seamlessly with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and care team.
Requires diploma or GED, medical comfort, physical stamina, flexible availability.
