DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic.
As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care while monitoring patients throughout treatment.
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment, recording vital signs and comprehensive patient data.
Educate patients on treatment protocols and kidney health management strategies.
Collaborate effectively with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
Requires high school diploma or GED with comfort around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
Physically able for long shifts on feet, willing to float between local clinics as needed.
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
