DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic.
As a PCT you’ll provide direct hands-on care under RN supervision helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
You will deliver safe hygienic and compassionate dialysis care while monitoring patients before during and after treatment.
Key duties include setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment recording vital signs and patient data.
Educate patients on treatment plans and kidney health while collaborating with nurses dietitians social workers and care team members.
This role requires a high school diploma or GED comfort around blood needles and medical equipment.
Be physically able to work long shifts on your feet and willing to float between local clinics if needed.
A flexible schedule including mornings evenings weekends and holidays is essential.
