DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic.
As a PCT you’ll provide direct hands-on care under RN supervision helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Located in Marshalltown Iowa at 3120 S 2nd St with a Monday Wednesday and Friday work week.
You will deliver safe hygienic and compassionate dialysis care while monitoring patients before during and after treatment.
Key tasks include setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment recording vital signs and patient data.
Educate patients on their treatment plans and kidney health collaborating with nurses dietitians social workers and other team members.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED are comfortable around blood needles and medical equipment and can work long shifts on their feet.
