DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic.
As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
You will deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care while monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment.
Key duties include setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment, recording vital signs, and documenting patient data accurately.
Educate patients on their treatment plans and kidney health to empower them in their care journey.
Collaborate effectively with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members for holistic patient support.
This role requires a high school diploma or GED, comfort with blood and medical equipment, and physical ability for long shifts.
Be willing to float between local clinics and maintain a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
