As a PCT you’ll provide direct hands-on care under RN supervision helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver safe hygienic and compassionate dialysis care
- Monitor patients before during and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses dietitians social workers and care team
- Assist with patient admission and discharge processes
- Perform basic venipuncture and cannulation
- Maintain clean and sterile treatment areas
- Report patient status changes to RN immediately
